Services Provided

GK Immersions offers cultural experiences, cooking classes, and heritage activities in Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka.

Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or partner platforms.

• Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled activity receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Liability & Safety

• Participants engage in activities at their own risk.

• GK Immersions is not responsible for injuries, allergies, or personal property loss.

• We recommend notifying us of any dietary restrictions or medical conditions before participating.

Code of Conduct

• Respect for Sri Lankan culture and local customs is required.

• GK Immersions reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive behavior.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Activity Cancellation by GK Immersions

• If an activity is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, instructor unavailability), participants will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• 48+ hours before activity: Full refund.

• Less than 48 hours before activity: No refund.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
